Weird Billy Wednesday #2

Instead of Where Is BillyWednesdays, Mom decided to do, Weird Billy Wednesdays. So stayed tuned for the next few months or so and get a few laughs of my very strange looks!Why I do believe I looks like a wolf here! Think Ninny would like this for a Halloween Scary Pic?
