Christmas Pressies

A bag of Panera Bagels???? Sure smells like it!

Just let me get my head it there and find one. I loves Cheese bagels!

Hey! There weren't any bagels in there! WTH! But......look at all these other goodies I found! BALLS! TONS OGFBALLS! A flat Santa, Snowman and Fox! Chewie toys galore! New dishes! Clothes! And.......SWEET POTATO CHEWIES! And an ANTLER!
So I take most of my loot to the couch, where I spend just about the rest of the day, until........Mom and Dad.......suddenly starting flinging about 12 BALLS all over the house! Boy did I ever have a fun Christmas!

PS, I really am wondering why Santy Paws put all my pressies in a Panera Bag though! He sure fooled me!

Thank You Santa Paws!

This is my Christmas bag, all full of goodies! Mom took a video of me getting into it, but it won't load on Blogger! Anyway, The first thing I found, was a ball!  I ran away with it, chewed it a bit, then I came right back to my bag! Inside I found, the pink flat dog you can see above.
Next there was this white rope thingy. OK I get it! It's a Tug O War rope! NEAT!
Then.........there was this awesome BIG greasy bone! Dad was nice and opened it for me!
Here's a closer look at my bone. (after I already chewed off some of one end BOL)
Here is a better pic of the flat dog toy, and what I did RIGHT AWAY to my ball! BOL, BOL, BOL!
There was still another toy, I will show that to you all another day. I had an AWESOME 1st Christmas! Now I understand why we have all these decorations around here and why we were having a big birthday bash, cause Mom told me the story about The First Christmas, when the Baby Jesus was born. They all sure sounded like a very cool family! So I said with my Mom; "Happy Birthday Jesus"! It was the best birthday party I have been to yet! Oh wait a minute, it was the first and only birthday party I have ever been to!
Hope all my friends in Blog land had a Very Merry Christmas!

Please, Mom Please

All I want is some of your ice cream.............I'm just licking my chops, thinking about it. Lapping it up, and making my tongue so cold.............
But Mom says NO! My little doggie heart is broken.............

Not chocolate anyway. Go see dad, his isn't chocolate. He has cherry vanilla! You can have that! So Billy went over to his Dad and got some of his ice cream. Moral of the story? Don't put on your sad doggie puss, there just may be another offer!

Hand Blown Ornaments

Just look at these beautiful hand blown ornaments, my daughter and her family made recently! They went to Corning Glass Works, and decided to try out their artistic abilities. The round ones were made by Joey and his dad, the teardrops were done by Julia and her mom!
Here's Joey trying to blow all his air into the molten glass.

Now, it's Julia's turn. Their Dad was there to help. Pretty neat huh?

Did You Know Santa Rides This?

You betcha Santa rides a horse! Maybe he visited Marilla Primary, recently on his horse, because there was no snow on the ground. This is Joey and Julia, my Grandchildren, from East Aurora NY. I wouldn't be surprized if they enjoyed Santa more on a horse, then in a sleigh!

Even More Ice Cold Buddies

Our light up Frosty,
On top of kitchen cabinets,
And above bar cabinets, I really don't know how many snowmen I own, but if I still had them all, I would not have room for them in this house!

So Which Way Is Out

I was wrapping gifts the other day at my dining room table. Billy was trying to get close enough to see what I was doing. He started whining, because he couldn't get to me. You see, this pointsettia plant was in the way. Now mind you, all he had to do, was turn around and go back the way he came. But no...........I just let him be, and he finally found an opening beside the plant, and got to see what I was up to. He really loves Christmas! He knows that he will have some sort of special treat left under the tree. He has already been sniffing around the tree...........looking and hoping. But dogs, like kids, don't understand time. But they sure have great memories!

Monkey Business

When I was a little girl, my grandmother made all us grand kids one of these sock monkeys. I so enjoyed mine, and had it for many years. I don't know what ever happened to it though. I eventually made a few myself, but was not the kind grammie that gave one to all the grandchildren. They are just not the kind of toy that is as fun as it was fifty-some years ago. For the past few years at Cracker Barrel, they have had these sock monkeys as Christmas ornaments. So I picked up a number of them and gave them away. My little sock monkey brings back a lot of memories of being a child and my grandma, even if it isn't the original one.
