6th Day

Billy: Since mom missed me so much, I told her I would be home for Thanksgiving! Mom: Oh thats wonderful Billy! I will make sure you get a nice turkey dinner!

5th Day

Billy: While in Iraq, I learned to fly this fighter jet! It was so much fun! Mom: Hmmmm...........What do I say to this?

4th Day

Billy: So I went over to Iraq! I really wanted to see what it was to be a soldier over there. I sure wasn't as hot as when Clint was there, but I still got a lot of sand in my boots! And....I learned how to fire an M16! Mom: OK Billy, I'll just let you have that one, don't want to go there! But........I just may have enjoyed firing that M16!

3 rd Day

Billy: The next day, Clint took me over to the Daily Newsminer Parking lot. We called mom, so she could see me, and know I am alright, Mom: Same as always, on this side of the cam! HUMPH!!!

2nd Day

Billy: The first place I went to, was Fairbanks AK! I wanted to do a bit of Arctic Training with my bro, Clint! Good thing I had a warm jacket and boots on! Mom: I am not happy about this at all! I WANTED TO GO TO FAIRBANKS ALSO! This is SO NOT FAIR!

1st Day Billy's Travels

OK, so this morning, Billy stated to me that since he was going to be 12, on the 23 of this month, he wanted to do a few things on his bucket list. He said, he was getting up there in years, and now was the time to do it! With tears in my eyes, I said, go for it Bill! I will miss you, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do! So.....there he goes, off into the wild blue yonder.......... Keep following Billy's travels these next few days. I don't even know what was on his bucket list!

Six Legs, A Web And Waiting.............

Ralph pointed this spider out to me the other day, and suggested for me to take a picture of it. I really needed no suggesting, as I already had it in my head to do so. Sure never have seen a spider like this! The body is about 1 inch, its legs make it look much bigger, and as you can see, is quite colorful. To the right, it appears to have some sort of nest with possible eggs around it. I really wanted to watch this over a few days, but the man of the house took a broom to it. Now, I don't get my science lesson :(

Still No Answer

I haven't found out what type of bug this is yet, but I still find it quite interesting to look at!

Tunnels And Bridges

I am not fond of tunnels at all! Guess I am always afraid they are going to cave in or something like that. I think I have seen to many movies, where people are stranded in tunnels.

Bridges are somewhat OK,

Especially if they are far away,

But when you are on top, Whew! Just get me over and off!

I wonder if Billy thinks this about us?
