It's 4 o'clock somewhere.
It is suppose to be 4 o'clock here......then why arn't my 4 o'clocks open?

Maybe they have too much nicotine! We call them "wild tobacco", though I don't know anybody that smokes 'em! LOL
I don't think my 4 o'clocks opened on time either, but I never stayed up till midnite to find out!
