HOOD'S HAPPENING'S is about us two "older" (getting there) folk, and what ever we may be doing with life. Most of our time is taken up with our little girl, Miss Mindy. She has become the love of our life! You will see a lot about her here!

Do You Know?
Does anyone know what kind of insect this is? It is about 1 1/2 " long, and wing span is about 2 1/4". The body is very colorful as you can see. Just wondering.
No I don't know...but is certainly is beautiful. Do you have a University near by? I bet you could send the picture to their entomology department for id!! Madi and Mom
