To any that don't recognize this picture: This is a webcam in Fairbanks AK. I started watching this cam almost two years ago, when my son first went to FT Wainwright, in Fairbanks. It has always helped me feel closer to him, except when he was in Iraq. I have made many, many friends while monitoring this sight since, and have even met a few of them! I have saved quite a few of the "views" and this one is one of my most favorite! I truly love how the light is falling and the clouds seems to be dissapating. Even after my son has long left this area, I will continue to come here, and dream of visiting in real life.Wednesday, March 10, 2010

Isn't that beautiful! The sky and the light just make you want to look for a long time! Alaska has a pull to many of us. The most beautiful state I've seen yet!

As an all time Alaska lover, I wish everybody could see it's beautiful wonder! It is life changing!
We call it our "Favorite State", although all of the states have wonderful scenery to see!
