Playing With My Bed

Sometimes, I have a lot of fun, playing with my bed! I enjoy pulling it all around the room, and getting it out of shape! You see, it actually opens up into a little cave! But......I DO NOT GO IN THE CAVE! I just like it at it's normal self! By the way, this is my daytime bed. I sleep in the big bed at night with the peeps! And.......when the peeps go out for a few hours, I sleep in my very own crate! (that I really love!) Now how many other pups have as many beds as I do? BOL!
OH! I have to tell you something exciting! This past weekend, Mom got out these boxy thingies that she calls suitcases. Then she put a whole bunch of clothes in hers. She says she has to take the clothes back out soon, and iron them for our big trip! Then she told me we are going to meet Madi and her Mom and Dad! I am so excited about seeing my BFFF Madi! We are suppose to go for a picnic in a park, but I don't think the Mads can go there, just doggies. We are pulling into their home town during the day of the 14th of August. So Madi, have your Mom e-mail me her phone # please!
Then the next day, we are going to New Jersey to meet up with a bunch of Dad's family and a nice little doggie that lives with them! I am sooooooo excited to meet a new doggie! After partying there for a few days, we will then drive to Massachusetts! That is where my two big human brothers and a little grandson live. WOW! Am I ever going to be busy! I will have to tell you all later, what is next on the trip agenda, as my paws are getting quite tired of typing now.

A Very Scary Night!

We had a very scary evening a couple of weeks ago! The weather radio was going off like CRAZY! There were possible tornadoes coming north towards us! Mom and Dad quickly pulled everything off the floor of the spare bedroom closet! They even put some pillows in there for all of us! We all sat around, waiting and waiting, for further reports from the radio. As you can see, the sky was quite scary looking. This was about 8pm or so. It also was quite windy! We didn't hear any more reports about our area that evening, but the next day, we heard there WAS a tornado in our town! WOWZERS!
I am so glad my parents were ready to protect me!
Sure hope the weather stays safe here, and where you all are!

Planting A Tree

A while back, my Mom and Dad planted a tree on a friends property. It is a flowering pear tree. (not the eating kind of pear tree). This tree was planted to remember the friend's son, who had passed away suddenly, a week earlier. He was just a young guy, and it was very unexpected. On the ground, is a frog stepping stone. It says FROG, which means, Fully Rely On God! The parents of this young man had never heard of this saying, but they are indeed, fully relying on God as they heal. My Mom says, everyone should remember this, when ever they see a frog!

Looking A Bit Perplexed

I am trying to figure out what my Mom is drinking! It smells kinda good, but it is brown! I don't like the color brown! Now if it was pink or purple or yellow or red, I would like it, but brown? It is in a large plastic cup, with ice and a straw in it. She has a look on her face, like she has died and gone to heaven! She says it is her most favorite thing to drink, especially since she moved to Florida! Help me out here people, and tell her to at least change the color! Oh, and by the way, she DOES NOT share this with me!

BLING, BLING, BLING!

This is a collar cover! It is made out of sweet little rose and clear/silver colored seed beads, I just can't imagine how hard this must be to do!




 It was made by our good Blogger friend Kathy, just for me. The picture does not do it justice at all! It is so shiny and bright, especially in the sun, it almost blinds me to look at it! BOL, not really. But it is really beautiful! It slides right over my collar, and is very comfortable.
