So I don't have to wear this silly raincoat! It is a hand-me-down from some dippy dog in MA. Billy got it, and NEVER wore it! So why should I??? Ya know I am quite smart for my age............and I KNOW I don't need this!
Please explain this to the Woman/Mom!

Get used to it Miss Mindy. Mom's like to dress us up in silly stuff. My mom usually dresses me up, then laughs. The nerve of her!! Now, my mom says you look adorable in your raincoat... but me? I say ... I feel your pain. XXXX Gracie.
